Joe has spent the last 24 years working with Owners, Developers, Architects and Property Management teams within fully integrated real estate companies to produce multi-family housing throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions. His experience in every position from Superintendent with a National Production Builder to the Executive VP running the daily operations of a Construction Company has given him a unique perspective on the collaboration it takes through the development and pre-construction phases to get projects to closing and then get them delivered.

During his time in the multifamily industry he has completed over 8000 affordable and market-rate apartments ranging from duplexes, townhomes and condos to mid-rise apartment complexes, rehab and new construction, both slab on grade and elevated concrete podiums exceeding over $1 Billion in construction costs.
